About us / current business practices:

Yes, you may schedule an appointment to discuss your project with either an artist, or with the sales manager / project manager.   We charge $50.00 per hour for design / consultation time that must be pre-paid, so it is best to come prepared.  During peak times, our availability is limited and we may not be available for in person consultation.  Many questions can be answered via email or with a quick phone call (use contact form) at no charge.

4. Online Fundraisers w/ fulfillment 

5. Logo Design / Design / Layout - $50 per hour

6. Banners, Yard Signs, Cardstock, Basic Copies

7. Vehicle Lettering & Storefront Lettering is no longer a service that we offer (exceptions can be made if there is time in the schedule)

 We DO NOT offer:

• Vehicle Wraps or Pin Striping
• Small Embroidery Orders
• Most Promotional Products
• Certain Types of Signage (contact us)
• Stencil Making (unless it is for screen printing)
• Installation of Signage
• Window Tinting
• Decoration onto customer supplied apparel

We do not install sticker kits / stripes / contoured vinyl / hood decals on vehicles such as Camaro's, Mustangs, Sporty Trucks, or Classic Cars, where the fit must be exact..   We don't letter windshields, or install customer supplied graphics. 

Artwork / Layout is the foundation of what we do.  We have a variety of professional artists who work with us, and will design your logo.   We charge $50.00 per hour for this service, as everything that we do is custom.  We do not have templates that are laid out where we plug in your information.  If you are providing your own artwork, it must be a production file, if it is not, we have to re-draw it into a production file, which will result in an art charge (this is usually much cheaper than having us design a logo from scratch)  

After being open and by appointment 3 times, we have found a direct correlation between being by appointment only and sales volume, turn around time, customer satisfaction, and profitability.  By appointment wins every time.   Allowing walk-in business has resulted in unacceptable turn around times for our longtime clients and we cannot allow that to happen.  Behind the scenes we have invested in equipment, automations, people, and processes that have allowed our total sales volume to grow by roughly 50% year over year from 2023 to 2024, but we are still not in a position to even consider being open.   We do plan on opening the front of the shop one day for retail sales only (no order taking), but the workload has been too great this past year to begin planning for that phase.
